2011 was great but we didn't really play too many live shows.
:/
We hid in our cave and worked on remixes and started working on new songs.
The new songs (which are going in a very FUNKY direction) were like lil' seeds, slowly sprouting through the soil and now its time for them to break free into the sunlight.

So we are officially embarking on a tour!!!!
As usual we WANT TO PLAY ANYWHERE (well we need a PA at least) and would love any suggestions or requests... help us come to your town!!!

TrevyTrevwa is basically the reason that Sister Mantos exists.
About 6 years ago on a rooftop in hollywood TrevyTrevwa and SisterMantos would sit for hours and days plugging tapedecks into amps, amps into tapedecks, microphones into computers, bass guitars into stereos, tin cans into vegetables, etc..... there were magical shrooms involved and awesome vegan feasts, and lots of NOISE. it was in these sessions that the love for sampled music and improvisation really took hold and it was then that we started our love affair with Propellerhead's REASON!!!!
anyways... we are about to spread some serious frequencies all through the UK!!!!

the SZIGET festival was insane, tons of euros with their shirts off, drinking and pissing everywhere to the eternal beat of a 4 on floor drum.
our show at the Cokxpon Ambient was RAD and im pretty sure we left some of the people uncomfortable and confused.
here's some pics of our travels to the Public Baths! there was some beautiful mosaic/artwork inside.....we soaked for hours, then we almost got jacked by some shady people on the train that said they were ticket inspectors... hmmmm>>>>>>

im a big fan of SCOOPS in LA, a place where you can grab a lovely vegan ice cream and usually be amazed by the interesting flavor choices.
but i gotta say that STOGO in the east village is giving SCOOPS a run for its money.
STOGO is all vegan and features gluten-free cookies too!!! it is a bit expensive but the Toasted Almond Cocunot Joy is so good i had to have it two days in a row :)

next was a visit to the MET. i saw the Francis Bacon show. twas awesome. then peeped some of their permanent collection. Below you'll find some paintings from Van Eyck (i think) and some Byzantine stuff.... peep out these FABULOUS SHOES!
